Returns with Klarna

You ordered with the payment method Klarna purchase on account and want to return all or part of your order?

How returns work with Klarna:
If you want to return some or all items from your order to us, please allow up to 5 working days from Germany and Austria (weekends and public holidays excluded ) until your return arrives back at our warehouse. We'll send you a confirmation email once we've received your return.

Klarna will email you your invoice as soon as your order has shipped. Please note the billing period stated on your invoice. Klarna invoices are due 14 days after you have received your invoice. Your statutory right of withdrawal and the RAVE Clothing return policy remain unaffected by this period. Ultimately, you only pay for the items you actually keep. If you have just returned one or more items and the end of the invoice period is approaching, we recommend that you register the return in the Klarna portal. Klarna customer service will be happy to help if you have any questions.

Please note that RAVE Clothing customer service cannot extend your billing period.

If you have received a reminder even though you have already returned your items or order:
If the payment deadline on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.

If you are waiting for a refund:
Refund items that you have returned but have already paid for Klarna to you automatically. Please wait for the updated invoice, which will confirm that the return has been received. After that, you can expect about 2 more banking days until the amount is back in your account.
