Returns with Klarna

You ordered with the Klarna payment method on account and want to return your order in whole or in part?

How returns work with Klarna:
If you would like to return some or all of the items in your order to us, please allow up to 5 working days from Germany and Austria (excluding weekends and public holidays ), until your return arrives back in our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return.

Klarna will send you your invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please be sure to pay attention to the billing deadline stated on your invoice. Klarna invoices are due 14 days after you receive your invoice. Your statutory right of withdrawal and the RAVE Clothing return policy remain unaffected by this deadline. Ultimately, you only pay for the items you actually keep. If you have just returned one or more items and the end of the invoice deadline is approaching, we recommend that you register the return in the Klarna portal. If you have any questions, Klarna customer service will be happy to help you.

Please note that RAVE Clothing customer service cannot extend your billing deadline.

If you still received a reminder even though you have already returned your items or order:
If the payment deadline date on the invoice has been exceeded, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna customer service directly.

If you are waiting for a refund:
Refunded the amount for items that you had returned but already paid for Automatically tell you. Please wait for the updated invoice to confirm that the return has been received. You can then expect around 2 more banking days until the amount is back in your account.
