Wir senden dir eine E-Mail, sobald deine Bestellung unser Depot verlassen hat und in den Versand gegeben wurde. In der Versandbestätigung findest du einen Link zur Sendungsverfolgung. Du kannst dich zudem unter Mein Konto anmelden, in den Optionen „Meine Bestellungen“ wählen und auf „Sendung verfolgen“ klicken.

Aus unserem Lager versenden wir weltweit in 67 Länder. Darunter die komplette EU, Schweiz, Nordamerika, Australien und in bestimmte Gebiete in Südamerika, Asien und Afrika.

Manchmal werden Produkte derselben Bestellung in verschiedenen Produktionsstätten abgewickelt, daher kann es vorkommen, dass deine Artikel separat verschickt werden.

1. Noch ein oder zwei Tage warten:
Sendungen können aus unvorhersehbaren Gründen verspätet ankommen. Wir verstehen, dass verspätete Sendungen frustrierend sind, aber denke bitte daran, dass unsere Lieferzeit nur eine Schätzung ist, keine Garantie.

2. Unseren Kundensupport kontaktieren:
Benachrichtige uns über verspätete Bestellungen und wir werden die aktuellen Lieferzeiten in deiner Region überprüfen. Eventuell bitten wir dich, noch einige Tage auf eine Bestellung zu warten. Kontaktiere uns über unser Kontaktformular auf unserer Hilfeseite.

Your order has been dispatched but it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's tracking system.

Note that international shipments may take a few days to be tracked, until updates appear, but that doesn't necessarily mean the broadcast is lost.

There are cases where the delivery has been made but the package has been left in an unexpected place. Please contact the carrier and ask for more details. For example: "Put under the table in the garden".

If the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered but you have not received the order, RAVE Clothing will not cover the cost of reshipping or a refund .

Exchanges & Returns

How long do I have to return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods at your own expense. You can use a shipping service provider of your choice for this. You have the option to return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Of course, it's no problem to buy two different sizes of a product if you're not quite sure and then send us the one that's too big or too small.

Info: Personalized products are made especially for you. Therefore, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the order confirmation that we sent to you by e-mail. email or in your customer account.

How much does the return cost?
Returns must be sent back at your own expense. A return usually costs between €2-4, depending on the shipping service provider.

How long does it take to process the return?
It takes about 3-5 days for your return arrives at our warehouse. Upon arrival, we will check your return within 48 hours. You'll receive an email once we've received your refund and another once we've completed the refund. You will usually receive your credit within 7-14 days.

When will I receive my refund?

After we've initiated your refund, it still needs to be processed by your bank. Depending on which payment method you used, this can take a different amount of time.

How do I get my money back?
In our returns portal you can choose how you would like to receive your refund. You have the choice of whether the refund should be made via the original payment method or a shop credit.

Will I be reimbursed for the shipping costs?
We will reimburse you for the full shipping costs of your order, unless you only return part of the order.

How returns work with Klarna:
If you want to return some or all of the items in your order to us, please allow up to 5 working days from Germany and Austria (excluding weekends and public holidays), until your return arrives back at our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return.

Klarna will send you your invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note the billing period stated on your invoice. Klarna invoices are due 14 days after you have received your invoice. Your statutory right of withdrawal and the RAVE Clothing return policy remain unaffected by this period. Ultimately, you only pay for the items you actually keep. If you have just returned one or more items and the end of the invoice period is approaching, we recommend that you register the return in the Klarna portal. Klarna customer service will be happy to help if you have any questions.

Please note that RAVE Clothing customer service cannot extend your billing period.

When will I receive my refund if I am a Did you choose Klarna as your payment method?
If you chose Klarna as your payment method, the refund will also be processed via Klarna. If you register your return on the Klarna website, you will receive your refund 3-5 working days after receipt of the return.

If you have received a reminder despite having returned your items or have already returned your order:
If the payment deadline on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly.

If you are waiting for a refund:
Refund items that you have returned but have already paid for Klarna to you automatically. Please wait for the updated invoice, which will confirm that the return has been received. You can then expect about 2 more banking days until the amount is back in your account.

Is it possible to exchange items?
Of course it's no problem to buy two different sizes of a product if you are not sure about the size. It's best to take a look at our size guide in advance to find the right size. If you do not like an item you have ordered or the size does not fit you, you can exchange the item for the correct size within 14 days.

How do I exchange something?
Click on "Exchange size" in the returns portal, select the appropriate items and enter your desired size. Pack the items to be exchanged in the original packaging and send them to our return address within 5 days using a shipping service provider of your choice. The exchange will be sent to the same address as the original order.

Can I exchange an order and send something back at the same time?
Of course, that's no problem! Just put everything in one package and send it back to us. After the package has been checked, you will receive a refund via the original payment method and we will send you your new desired size!

In which cases is it not possible to exchange an item?
- Personalized items cannot be exchanged as they are specially made for you.

Our sizes are regular. This means you can take the size of your favorite items and order the same size in our shop.

Note: The product dimensions can vary by up to 2 cm.

We raden aan om je textiel op 30 (maximaal 40) te wassen. Textiel wordt bij deze temperatuur net zo schoon als bij hogere temperaturen. Ook bespaar je veel energie en stoot je minder CO2 uit. Bij sterke vervuiling adviseren wij het textiel vooraf te laten weken.

Het is het beste om je textiel met dezelfde of vergelijkbare kleuren te wassen om verkleuring door ander textiel te voorkomen. Dus wit met wit, zwart met zwart en gekleurd met gekleurd. Zo zorg je ervoor dat je textiel ook na meerdere wasbeurten zijn oorspronkelijke kleur behoudt.

Producten kunnen altijd iets krimpen in de droger. Wij raden daarom aan: doe het zonder de droger. Zo behoud je de kwaliteit van je textiel, ook na vele wasbeurten.

Deze middelen zijn agressieve reinigingsmiddelen die u beter kunt vermijden. Ze zijn schadelijk voor de meeste textielsoorten en voor het milieu.

Vereinzelt reagieren Menschen allergisch auf Stoffe, die bei der Herstellung von Textilien verwendet werden oder in Kontakt gekommen sind. Wasche deshalb deine neuen Produkte vor dem ersten Tragen.
