How to order from RAVE Clothing

1. Shopping Bag
Select the products you would like to order by clicking the "Add to Bag" button. This will place your selection in your shopping bag. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order. Please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy (check the box). By clicking on the “Checkout” button you will go to the next ordering step.

2. Checkout
Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise register as a new customer by clicking on "Create account". Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (Data protection notice). It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. New customers can go to the next ordering step by clicking the “Register” button.

3. Select delivery address
Now enter your desired delivery address and select whether you would like to receive our newsletter. If you would like a different billing address, you can enter this in the next step. By clicking the "Continue to shipping method" button you will go to the next ordering step.

4. Select shipping method
Select your preferred shipping method (DHL, DPD, UPS or Packstation). By clicking the “Continue to payment method” button you will go to the next order step.

5. Select payment method / enter billing address
Select your preferred payment method and now check your billing address. By clicking the "Check order" button you will receive an overview of your order and can check all details again before purchasing.

6. Complete the ordering process
Check whether all the information is correct. By clicking the “Buy now” button you send your order to us. You are hereby making a legally binding offer.

Returns / Cancellation
In the event of a return, we will cover the costs for return shipping within Germany for orders over €40. You have 14 days to return your order to us without giving a reason.

If you do not have access to your customer account or no account has been created, please contact our customer service to determine the value your order is over €40. In the case of an order value under €40 or no customer account has been created, a cancellation form must be enclosed with the package. We do not cover return costs.
